Working Principle

When the materials get into the crushers, they crumble after impacted by the rapidly rotating hammer; the crumbled materials then gain kinetic energy from the hammer and run towards the baffle and grate bar at a high speed; at the same time, the materials crash into each other and are crumbled for many times; materials which are narrower than the gap between grate bars get out from the gap while larger materials crumble after impacted, grinded, and extruded once again on the grate bar before they are squeezed out from the gap by the hammer, so as to get products of needed particle size.
